Vintage Gerard Yosca Cameo Bow Pearl & Amethyst Pendant Necklace

Gerard Yosca faux cameo bow motif top and gold tone chain. Cameo is surrounded by large and small round faux pearls and amethyst round and marquise shaped stones. The brooch is very beautiful only issue the removal of pin to be worn as a pendant necklace only. The pin portion would not lay as flat as required (see photo).
