Norma Kamali Black Strapless Ruffle Edge Dress & Plaid Victorian Top

Norma Kamali black strapless body con ruffle edge dress. The dress came with a black and white plaid Victorian style blouse style top size 6. The blouse/top features long Victorian style sleeves that narrows down to a point at the wrist. The top has a front double twist knot closure at the waist. The dress is strapless with a very unique ruffled edge, elongated tiered long sides and shorter front. The set was purchased together but can be worn separately.
