Vintage Black Velvet Dress Flair Skirt Button Front and Sleeves

Vintage black velvet bodice 50s dress. Black velvet trimmed top to under bust line. Flair style skirt, four button front closure bust to hip, two side pockets and button back sleeves. The back of the collar has a unique split design to stand up or lay down.
