Vintage Polo By Ralph Lauren Double Breasted Blue Sports Jacket Blazer

Vintage blue Polo by Ralph Lauren sports jacket. The jacket is double breasted one outside breast pocket, two inside pockets, two side flap pockets on one side and one on the opposite side. The blazer has six gold tone embossed “helmet, mallet and ball” buttons. Cuffs have four buttons same design on a smaller scale. Jacket also has two rear vents and is fully lined.
